Liebe Tine, ich liebe meine Rouladen aus dem Schnellkochtopf. So einfach, so zart, soooooo lecker. Ich mache sie ganz klassisch:
3 Rouladen
6 Scheiben Schinkenspeck
Pfeffer, Salz, Senf
rohe Zwiebel, sehr klein gewürfelt
Essiggurken, sehr klein gewürfelt
Ich teile die 3 Rouladen in der Mitte, würze, streiche Senf drauf, Speck und dann Gurke und Zwiebel. Mit Zahnstochern zusammen stecken, in Sonnenblumenöl anbraten. Dann einen halben Würfel dunkler Bratensaft und 300 ml Wasser dazu (ohne den Würfel wird mir die Soße zu dünn). Deckel zu, Hitze bis zum zweiten Ring (mittlere Hitze, also ca. 5 Minuten bei großer Hitze), dann auf 1 herunter schalten und 25 Minuten einfach stehen lassen. Nach 25 Minuten sind dann auch die Semmelknödel und das Blaukraut (isch bin ja geborener Bayer) fertig ... ein super leckeres Herbstessen!
