Ja, ernsthaft, ich will wieder mal abnehmen. Letztes Jahr im August hat das doch auch so super geklappt, in 5 Monaten von 71kg auf 63kg, jetzt sind es wieder 67 68kg. Meine Vorsätze sind gut. Gehalten wird nichts. Heute seit 17 Uhr gegessen:
- fettige Kartoffeln
- Chickendingens
- 1,5 Waffeln, übrig von der Kirmes (die würden ja schlecht, demnächst, oder?)
- eine Handvoll einer Edelnußmischung
Also, ernsthaft, ich will abnehmen!

Ive been meaning to read this and just never got a chance. Its an issue that Im very interested in, I just started reading and Im glad I did. Youre a great blogger, one of the best that Ive seen.
