Wer hätte gedacht, dass ich nochmal für ein Wurmloch in einem Kohlrabi dankbar sein würde. Ein Geschmacksindikator, sozusagen. Ich hatte gerade überlegt, ob ich den schon einige Tage alten Kohlrabi in die Tonne kloppe, wir essen überwiegend roh. Also, angeschält, probiert und hhhhhhmmmm, für wirklich außergewöhnlich gut empfunden. Selten das. Meist sind die Teile ja eher ohne Geschmack. Also, auch wenn ich den "Wurm" wegschneiden mußte. Danke dafür ...
Und auch dafür ... die ersten Kirschen mit Geschmack, ein absoluter Luxus bei 6 Euro pro Kilo (aber uns reicht für ein erstes Mal ja eine Handvoll :)
