Also, folgende Gedanken habe ich hierzu:
- Handwerker, die mir eine Rechnung schreiben und Garantie auf ihre Arbeit geben, sind mir die liebsten
- Meine Fenster-Handwerker waren super ordentlich, haben beste Arbeit geleistet und nie eine Spur hinterlassen (Baustelle blitz blank), haben ordentlich Geld bei mir verdient
- Meine Heizungs-Handwerker sind allerliebst und hilfsbereit, haben nicht immer den optimalen Weg für mich gewählt (Dank an einen Freund, der mich auf extreme "Frau-wird-das-schon-so-akzeptieren-Stellen" hingewiesen hat) und jede Baustelle so verlassen, dass es einem graust (der komplette Dreck wurde mir hinterlassen, wahrscheinlich um Stundne zu sparen?)
- Es gab Handwerker, die sich geweigert haben, mehr als ihre Meinung abzugeben, weil der Auftrag in ihren Augen zu geringfügig war (und das ist mir öfter als einmal passiert)
- Auch Handwerker, die über Jahre Aufträge von mir bekommen haben (groß und klein) haben sich abgeseilt, wenn es zuviel Kleinkram war
- Mein Fliesenleger wird normal bezahlt, ist aber nicht in der Lage, Zeit für mich einzuplanen (auch wegen Krankheit), alle anderen vertrösten mich auf Termine in Wochen
- Ich bin zu gutmütig, wenn Handwerker Pfusch machen, ich akzeptiere auch schlechte Arbeiten, obwohl man bei manchen abgegebenen Kunstwerken eigentlich "Abriß" hätte fordern müssen
- Ausserdem kann ich nicht handeln und akzeptiere oft Stundenlöhne jenseits von gut und böse
Und ich habe in den letzten zwei Jahren und bei 6 Wasserschäden ausreichend Erfahrungen sammeln können. Ich durfte mich über Handwerker freuen, die mir geduldig erklärt haben, wie dies und jenes gemacht wird. Ich durfte mich aber auch über Handwerker freuen, die mir gesagt haben, Handwerker A kann nicht vor Handwerker B und Handwerker B meinte, er könne nicht vor Handwerker A. Ich habe Typen kennen gelernt, die nicht bereit waren, auch nur einen Handschlag für mich zu tun (trotz angedrohter Bezahlung) und ich habe Handwerker erlebt, die auch gefährliche Projekte für mich durch gezogen haben, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken, aus Sympathie zu mir. Ich habe gelernt, dass Handwerker "My Hammer" hassen, weil sie sich da über den Tisch gezogen fühlen ...
Fazit: es gibt hier viele Perlen unter Sand und Schotter, gut und böse, Licht und Schatten. Es wäre schön, wenn ich mir den einen oder anderen einfach wie eine Jeannie herzwinkern könnte ...
