Oh Mann! Dinger! Vor zwei Jahren bin ich Eumel in einen Baumarkt geganen und habe mir eine Videotürsprechanlage für ein 2-Familien-Haus gekauft. Gaaanz einfach einzubauen. Ich kam damals nach Hause, stellte das Teil in die Ecke, weil ich mich alleine nicht dran traute. Einige Wochen später schnitt die Packung auf und entdeckte, dass einer der Monitore gesprungen, gebrochen war. Festgestellt, dass ich keinen Kassenzettel mehr hatte. Also hin, mit Bankauszug, bekam das Teil umgetauscht.
Jetzt nach zwei Jahren habe ich genügend Elektriker im Haus, um auch dieses Projekt zum Ende zu bringen. Der Mann sah mich gestern schief an und meinte, eine für 1000 Euro wäre zwar teurer, aber die wäre auch in einer Stunde eingebaut. Die haben zu 2,5 Mann gestern 6 Stunden gewerkelt, nur um festzustellen, dass einer der Empfangsteile zwar Bild lieferte, aber keinen Ton.
Also bin ich gestern Nachmittag in den gleichen Baumarkt, mit dem gleichen Bankauszug von damals. Ob sie mir das umtauschen würden, es würde ja evtl. der Hörer reichen. Die Frau, die mich betreute, meinte, ihr Chef wäre gerade nicht da ... und das wäre seeehr problematisch mit der Firma, die würden einen Kassenzettel verlangen. Das würde alles so nicht gehen. Ich brachte sie trotzdem dazu, mir wenigstens den Hörer zu tauschen.
Heim, angeschlossen. Klar, ging nicht. Also wieder hin (3 km), diesmal gleich an den Abteilungsleiter geraten. Die Verkäuferin beichtete, der Chef schaute grimmig. Nö, sagte er, das gehe so nicht, er bräuchte einen Kassenzettel. Und das müsste man zur Reparatur einsenden. Nix mit Tauschen.
Ich habe geschluckt, wollte schon mit "ich veröffentliche Ihren schlechten Service im Web" drohen, blieb aber still ... und wollte vor Frust schon das Teil auf den Boden donnern. Als ich dann an der Infotheke stand, um den schriftlichen Kram zu wuppen, verschwand Cheffe, ich hinterher. Mir war es inzwischen Schnuppe, ich hätte jetzt einfach ein Teil dazu gekauft. Aber er hatte eine neue Zweierpackung in der Hand und meinte "die kaufen Sie jetzt bitte nochmal, damit ich einen Kassenzettel habe".????
Mir war schon alles egal. Dann halt nochmal berappen. Hin zur Kasse, bezahlt. Ich befürchtete, ich müsste das Teil jetzt vor ab bezahlen, bis das andere aus der Reparatur zurück wäre. Nee! Cheffe bat mich an die Infokasse, wies die Kollegin an "mach mal ne Fehlkaufauszahlung", man drückte mir im Austausch zu meinem Sprechteil ein neues Teil in die Hand und gab mir bar mein Geld wieder. Hach, was war ich glücklich. Mit einem "Vorsicht, ich könnte Sie glatt knutschen" zog ich strahlend von dannen. Und ja, Zuhause eingebaut, ging das ergatterte Ersatzgerät. Jippy. Jetzt brauche ich nur noch ein 12-Volt-Türöffnungsdingens (das 8V-Teil, das dabei war, macht unsere Riesenhaustür nicht auf). Egal, weiter geht's ...
PS: Bärli ist immer noch weg :(
