Brief an die Versicherung:
Schadenhergang
Im Januar 2009 waren wir vom 10. bis 13. auf einer Reise nach Landshut (Beerdigung meiner Tante). Es herrschten an diesem Wochenende Temperaturen von über -15°.
Als wir zurück kamen, mussten wir leider Frostschäden feststellen. Die Behebung dieser zwei Frostschäden habe ich privat bezahlt:
1) Schaden an einer Toilette im Erdgeschoss Eingangsbereich (eingefroren, Wasser sutschte aus Kniestock)
2) Geplatzes Rohr vor einem Heizungsventil. Der betroffene Raum wurde stundenlang mit Wasser besprüht, der Schaden wurde behoben.
Der Schaden, den ich jetzt gemeldet habe, ist wohl ein Folgeschaden von dem Frost an jenem Januar-Wochenende und entstand im gleichen Raum, in dem das Heizungsrohr geplatzt war.
Dieser Raum wird von mir für die Lagerung meiner Warz Gmbh-Akten genutzt.
Was wir nicht wussten: der Vorbesitzer (Arztpraxis) hatte ein Waschbecken an einer Aussenwand, dieses wohl abmontiert, die Anschlüsse für uns unsichtbar hinter Rigips-Wand und Tapete.
Ich hatte im Januar ein Trocknungsgerät geliehen und einige Tage aufgestellt. Der Schaden des geplatzten Heizungsrohrs sah für mich wie behoben aus. Der Filzteppichboden in dem Raum sah nach dem Schaden fleckig aber mehr oder weniger trocken aus.
Der Raum wurde in den folgenden Monaten hin und wieder betreten, aber nicht regelmäßig.
Als ich am 17. Juli 2009 nach mehreren warmen Tagen in den Raum kam, musste ich bestürzt feststellen, dass die Wände teilweise mannshoch mit Schimmelblüten bedeckt waren. Große Flecken, kleine Flecken. Ein befreundeter Handwerker, den ich sofort gerufen habe, sah sich den größten Schimmelfleck in Kniehöhe an, stocherte mit seinem Zollstock etwas und meinte sofort „Hier saß unter der Rigipswand mal ein Waschbecken“ …. Er ermpfahl mir, mich an einen Spezialisten für Schimmel zu wenden.
Ich habe den Schaden an die Firma H. übertragen. Diese Firma soll den Schaden beheben und den Raum wieder auf bauen (mit wenn möglich, einem anderen Bodenbelag statt dem Filzboden).
