Wer um sechs Uhr schon aufstehen muss, weil der biologische Wecker das so anordnet, hat auch Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück verdient. Ja. Morgens schon. Weil das 20kg-8Jahre-Tochterkind sie so liebt. Ein Ei, Öl, Milch, eine Priese Salz und Dinkelmehl, super flüssig in die Pfanne geworfen, werden, da ohne Zucker, genußvoll mit Nutella verziert.
So gestärkt kann ich jetzt strahlend geniessen, dass ich meinen gestrigen 14h-Arbeitstag damit kompensieren werde, selektiv aufzuräumen und zu Putzen ... also nur das Nötigste.
Denn uns scheint jetzt schon die Morgensonne so schön ins Fenster, der Tag ruft zu mir zu "Genieß mich" ... und dazu gehört Putzen nicht wirklich.
