Vorgestern war er wieder bei uns zu Gast: der geliebte Husten. Ich finde es traurig-faszinierend, dass so kleine Menschchen schlafen können, obwohl sie sich die Seele aus dem Leib husten.
Zeit, das volle Programm ab zu spulen. Einreiben mit Transpulmin. Geringfügige Besserung. Nasses Handtuch mit Teebaumöl. Pariboy. Etwas besser. Da das Kind nach so viel Bespassung wach war: ein Hustenbonbon. Wälzen vom Kindbett ins Mamabett und zurück.
Nach 3h Treppab und Treppauf sollte trocken Brot es richten. Und wirklich. Das Kind aß das Brot und plötzlich kam Stille. Vielleicht half auch, dass ich sie in den Arm nahm und den blöden Husten wegwünschte.
Gestern Nacht das gleiche Spiel Transpulmin. Husten. Teebaumöl. Husten. Pariboy. Husten.
Diesmal ließen wir das Brot aus, ich nahm sie gleich in den Arm. Und, man staune und wundere sich. Es klappte auch diesmal. Liebe ist halt das beste Heilmittel.
Nein klar, kann sein, dass die ganzen Mittelchen erst später wirken. Aber wenn ein Kind nach so langem Husten endlich aufhört, ist es ganz egal, was gewirkt hat, man ist nur glücklich und erleichtert.
Und das Schöne ist, Rotzi ist nur geringfügig Gast, Kotzi gar nie nicht ;)
Erfahrungsgemäß bleibt der Husten bei uns nur 2 Tage zu Gast und ist dann weg. Husch husch, mach Dich vom Acker.
Das Kind flitzt munter und ohne Husten durchs Wohnzimmer und erledigt den Job, den die schlappe Mutter nicht mehr wuppt: aufräumen. Freiwillig ;)
Und ich bereite mich schon mal mental auf den nächsten langen Arbeitstag vor.

Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
