Mein Nachwuchs ist ziemlich zierlich, meine weiblichen und männlichen Familienmitglieder haben alle ungefähr Normalgewicht, ... oder weniger. Ebenso ein Herr W. Na ja, und da kommt man schon hin und wieder ins Grübeln, warum wir relativ problemlos unser Gewicht halten können, obwohl wir alle leidenschaftlich Chips und/oder Schokoladen naschen.
Gut, wir haben Unmengen von Süßigkeiten im Haus (mein Dank an die Tante), unsere Schubladen sind voll, als temporäre Lagerung haben wir inzwischen diese entzückend stabilen Falt-Geschenktäschchen aus Pseudopapier (schade, wir haben an Halloween keine Klingler gehabt).
Gestern habe ich doch neben meinem Leberkäsbrötchen und dem Pick Up auch noch 3 Mars-Eis verdrückt (Hormone? Mond?).
Und die Zahl auf der Waage bleibt konstant (bzw. wird bei mir ständig geringer). Na, und jetzt bringt meine Fernsehzeitung (TV H+S 45/07) folgenden Bericht:
"Ob wir dick werden oder abnehmen, entscheidet sich im Gehirn - unabhängig von dem, was wir essen".
So das Ergebnis einer internationalen Studie, an der Wissenschaftler des Deutschen Institugs für Ernährungsvorschung Potsdam-Rehbrücke (DfIE).
"Wir müssen die verborgenen Gründe für die hartnäckigen Fettplster finden, Essen allein macht überhaupt nicht dick", so Psychocoach Andreas Winter (lt. TV H+S) ...
Laut der Studie sind die Menschen, die ihr Essen "objektiv" sehen, problemlos inder Lage, abzunehmen, egal, was man ißt.
Bei denjenigen, die Essen entweder mit Angst (ein Stück Kuchen, hilfe, ich nehme zu) oder Freudengefühlen (Lieblingsessen) verknüpfen, steuert dann die Psyche das Satt-Signal, statt dem Körper. Der Körper ist in Aufruhr, hofft, dass das Gefühl erhalten bleiben kann, das Gehirn sendet "falsche" Signale und es werden "Notreserven" eingelagert ....
So ähnlich habe ich diesen Artikel interpretiert, und das wäre durchaus eine Erklärung, warum ich nicht schon längst kugle ... ich wiege bei 1,69m und 45 Jahren 65kg. Geht!

Interpretiere ich das jetzt richtig, daß ich bei den vor mir liegenden Lebkuchen jetzt besser so tun sollte, als kaue ich auf einem Bleistift rum, wenn ich will, daß die Dinger lediglich durch meinen Körper wandern und sich nicht irgendwo festsetzen sollen?

Nein, ich denke, Genuß ist erlaubt. Nur der Gedanke "Hoffentlich setzt der sich nicht fest" ist verboten ;)
Man muß einfach so tun, als wäre es ganz normal, ständig solchen Leckerkram zu wollen ... und es ist Pflicht, das sofort zu essen und nicht dauernd daran zu denken. Ich täusche dann an, in dem ich dann mit dem gleichen Genuß ein Möhrchen hinterher werfe :)
Vielleicht ist das ja wie mit dem Schmerzgedächtnis? Wenn der Körper sich das erst mal merkt, wie man leidet, ist man immer wieder dran!

Ha, das sind mal gute Nachrichten! Ich glaube, da ist zumindest ein Stückchen Wahrheit dabei. Meine Mutter meint immer, sie muss nur fettgedruckte Schrift sehen und schon nimmt sie zu. Dafür hungert sie dann und nimmt doch nicht ab. Ich dagegen nasche auch mal (= täglich) gerne (obwohl ich immer nur ein Eis auf einmal esse!) und nehme zumindest nicht zu!

Oh, des wär echt ein Traum, wenn das funktioniert. Ich probier des seit gestern aus, also immer sagen "Ich bin schlank!" und glücklich sein und sich aufbauen und ich fühl mich schon viel besser und find mich tatsächlich schlanker. Ja klar, kann sich da noch nicht viel getan haben, aber anscheinende zumindest an meiner Ausstrahlung und außerdem hab ich nen Bekannten, der mit der "Denk dich schlank"- Methode voll abgenommen hat. Also muss ja was dran sein. Oder? =)
