Ja, ich gebe es ja zu: ich lasse mich verführen ... zum Einkauf bei TV-Shops! Immer wieder sitze ich mit glänzenden Augen vor der Glotze und denke mir: Ja, dieses Produkt macht mein Leben erst lebenswert!
Ja, und ich gestehe, ich profitiere auch hin und wieder von dieser Sucht. Ratet mal, woher ich weiß, wie man ein Knopfloch näht oder eine Minikreissäge bedient.
Na ja, und vor ein paar Tagen war es wieder so weit, ich erlag dem Zwang zu bestellen. Abends um 22 Uhr schlich ich heimlich zu meinem Telefon, wählte auswendig die Nummer, nervte den Callcenterspezialisten damit, daß ich weder meine Kundennummer (kein Problem) noch die Artikelnummer hatte (großes Problem, haben die keinen Internetanschluss?).
Und ja, ja, ja! Das wunderbare Produkt, das wirklich jeder haben muß, war noch da für mich, und das, obwohl die Stückzahl 0 und der Schreckensbegriff eines jeden Shoppingsüchgtigen ("Ausverkauft") laut angedroht wurde.
Und so bin ich seit heute stolzer Besitzer von 6 magischen Heizkörperentlüftern. Schade nur, daß ich das Produkt gekauft habe, ohne die Produktpräsentation ganz gesehen zu haben. Ich hatte nur mitbekommen "lässt sich problemlos einbauen" ....
Tja, der Fähigkeit des Lesens von Einbauanleitungen mehr schlecht als recht mächtig, stehe ich nun mit diesem Teil vor meinem Heizkörper und stelle fest, daß ich weder die passende Nuss (Einkaufen! Einkaufen! Einkaufen! Bestellen!!!) noch das entsprechende Ventil zum Abstellen des Wasserzuflusses an einem Heizkörper finde.
Tja, muß ich jetzt tatsächlich den Heizkörperspezialisten meines Vertrauens anrufen ... und mir von ihm erzählen lassen, daß er dieses Produkt auch gehabt hätte und ich es, wenn ich ihn denn gefragt hätte, auch preiswert von ihm hätte beziehen können? Mit Sonderkonditionen beim Einbau natürlich ....
